Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. Because every Bombae Co. product is handmade in small batches, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made, packed, and shipped. Orders over $55 ship free, and shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on the carrier once your package leaves our hands. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Bombae Co. products. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used makeup and skincare are final sale and can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
