Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be handmade, packed, and shipped. Once it's on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Orders over $55 always ship free.
How do I return an item?
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Just reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. For hygiene reasons, opened makeup and skincare are final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Are your products really synthetic-free?
Yes. Every formula is made without synthetic fragrance, dyes, parabens, phthalates, silicones or fillers. We use real ingredients like grass-fed tallow, plant butters, botanical oils and mineral pigments.
What's the difference between your Ancestral and Vegan lines?
Our Ancestral line is built on grass-fed, grass-finished beef tallow, naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E and K. Our Vegan line swaps tallow for kokum butter and botanical oils for the same clean, nourishing results. Both are made with zero synthetics.
